A Young Leader is a Senior Section member aged 18 to 26 who has completed the Adult Leadership qualification and is working as a Leader with a Rainbow, Brownie, Guide or Senior Section unit.

 

She is supported by her District Commissioner and can participate in Senior Section opportunites when she chooses.
