Set in a 14 acre field in East Leicestershire, affording fine views, Topstones has a large camping area and a traditional wooden chalet. Both of these enable all sections to enjoy being out and about in the local countryside.

There are 9 campsites, each with a concrete firebase and most also have an altar fire. The Toilet block has both female and male facilities and 4 unisex showers. There are 2 substantial sized wet weather shelters for the use of campers. There is a fridge and 2 freezers for the use of campers and plenty of camp equipment available for hire.

The chalet is fully equipped for self-catering holidays. The main room has 24 camp beds for sleeping. There is a Guiders' room with bunk beds and alarge separate room, which can be used for activities. There are separate facilities for the disabled.
