Each Rainbow is given the opportunity to grow as an individual and to develop at her own pace. Girls are encouraged to make simple choices and decisions for themselves.
They follow the Rainbow Jigsaw based around the five Guiding Essentials of the Promise, caring for the individual, decision making and working in groups. It is a balanced program filled with variety and fun.
